Dubai Dining | Qasr Al Sultan

I'm constantly asked about my favourite places to visit and eat at in Dubai so today I wanted to share something super special..

Qasr Al Sultan is a unique dining experience hidden in the Dubai desert (..well Jebel Ali to be precise). I visited Qasr Al Sultan for Iftar on one of the first days of Ramadan and the whole experience was too amazing not to share. The evening was incredible, from the service to the food and not to mention the stunning surroundings.

It's a hidden gem thats relatively new to Dubai and really allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a truly magical evening.

Qasr Al Sultan specialises in mainly Arabic cuisine, there are multiple food stations where everything is prepared and cooked freshly in front of you. The food was divine and the choice was great, no matter what you're dietary requirements are there's something for everyone. I enjoyed the wide selection of salads and the most succulent chicken shish I've ever had. My favourite part had to be the three desert stations which I may have visited more than once!

After dinner we sat with mint tea under the stars listening to live Arabic music, it really was as magical as it sounds. We smoked a shisha, relaxed and enjoyed the tranquil surroundings.

As if that wasn't enough excitement for the night before we left we had a camel ride around the complex, what a laugh that was!

There are activities, boutiques and even a museum on site. The staff were incredible and really added to the enjoyment of the whole experience. If you're based in Dubai or visiting this is one of the most beautiful places I've been to and I really recommend visiting. It's full of culture, incredible cuisine and is definitely an evening to share with someone special.
