I wish I had the patience for a 12 step cleansing routine..
Yes you heard me right, 12 steps! Korean women are well known for their crazy cleansing regimes and even though it's evident it works I just can't commit to that kind of time. Recently I've got on board with a two step cleansing regime from the Korean brand Erborian and I'm loving it.
I start off by using the Cleansing Crème aux Herbes which is absolutely beautiful in texture. There's something I love about using a creme, it's not as heavy as a balm nor as light as an oil - it's a great inbetween. I massage this into a face full of make up and it pretty much breaks down everything. I've also been using Erborian's Charcoal Konjac Sponge, I didn't know the benefits of using this sponge but honestly it's amazing at improving the texture of your skin. I run it under warm water and the sponge becomes super soft, it's incredible at removing any make up whilst at the same time lightly exfoliating the skin. I remove the Cleansing Creme using this sponge and once my face is fully clean I go in with step two the foaming cleanser. I don't know what it is about using a cleansing foam but my skin feels squeaky clean afterwards and this one is fab because it doesn't dry out the skin.
Both of these products smell divine and have really worked well at improving my skins radiance over the last few months. I didn't know much about Erborian skin care but I have to say what I've tried I've loved and I can't wait to try more from the brand.
Have any of you tried anything from Erborian? They're well known for their BB and CC cremes, which are also really worth checking out. What does your current cleansing regime consist of?
Lots of Love
