The Quick Shadow Fix | Bourjois Colorband

17.3.15

There are always days when you need to apply make up quickly and effortlessly

The latest Bourjois Colorband Pencils are the ultimate quick shadow fix. I’m not usually one for cream based products but when I tried these I was sold. This is the ideal product for the girl on the move - a quick sweep of colour and you’re good to go

The consistency is creamy but mattifies soon after application, best of all they don't budge - I’m talking no creasing, no wearing away, they're waterproof and they're AMAZING! In all honesty they remind me of the By Terry Ombre Blackstar but definitely an affordable alternative. As I write this I wonder whether I should have saved this post for my #drugstoredupe  - Nevertheless these are awesome. I’ve been loving Bourjois lately, from liner to mascara they really seem to have the eyes mastered!

(L-R Noir Abstrait, Mauve, Beige Minimaliste)

These come in six shades but of course, me being me I love the black 'Noir Abstrait' - It’s a fool proof product to perfect a smokey eye. A quick swipe over the eyes - blend, blend, blend - Et voila done! You can also use these as liners but you know how fussy I am about precision, so we'll stick to shadow.

The Bourjois Colorband shadow sticks will soon become your make up bag’s BFF and for someone who’s often anti-cream - Im converted. If you’re one of those ladies that’s running late, or often find yourself doing your make up on the train you need these in your life! I also really love the champagne gold shade 'Beige Minimaliste' - it's gorgeous for Spring add a bit of liner and you'll fool anyone into believing you've spent ages on your eyes!

FYI  I swatched these on my hands when I first got them and it took multiple attempts (and showers) to get them off. You gotta love the long lasting products! Easiest way to remove them is with an oil based make up remover.

Lots of Love
