Today I'm bringing you the last of my MAC March launches!

Bao Bao's Jewels Velux Pearlfusion Shadow
You know I'm a sucker for anything sparkly, so as soon as this bedazzling beauty landed on my desk I was more than involved. I adore the collection of colours in this palette - they're warm and wearable tones that would work, whatever your complexion. If you've followed me for a while you will know I've frequently been reaching for matte shadows but this palette could definitely be the one to change that. If you’ve seen THIS video where I preview the collection, as I swatch the eyeshadows I was initially disappointed. Since having a proper play I now feel quite the contrary, I also learnt THREE important things :

1. If applied with a fluffy eyeshadow brush you get a soft wash of shimmer but little colour- It's a pretty and effortless chic look.

2. If applied with a flat synthetic brush (suitable for cream products) the application is INCREDIBLE! The consistency of these shadows becomes almost cream like and the finish is metallic - Honestly so striking and rich in pigment. It's almost as if you're applying loose pigment pressed onto the lid. (This is how I applied the shadows)

3. For even more intensity you can use these shadows wet - Spritz your brush et voila!

Forbidden Sunrise Lipstick

For all my orange lippy lovers this lipstick is AMAZING - it's eye catching, vibrant and has an almost neon tone to it. The texture of this lipstick is matte, I'm talking SUPER matte but somehow, it's still creamy to apply. With colours as bold and bright as this, I sometimes find the application can be streaky but I was impressed that it was true to colour and not patchy. I haven't worn an orange in AGES and it took me some time to get used to seeing on but then I didn't want to take it off! I'm rocking this in the Summer FOR SURE!

MAC's Bao Bao Wan Collection has launched online and both of these products have already sold out - EEK! I believe it launches on UK counters in the next few weeks!

Lots of Love
