I'm just as nosey as the next and I love reading posts like this so today I thought I would share with you my selection of pre-slumber pamper products that live on my bedside table.

I don't use all of these every night - I mean that would be a little ridic and my nightly ritual would take FOREVER but I like to keep these beauty bits close because they're best before bed!

Rituals | Yin Linen Mist
A spritz of this leaves my sheets smelling divine, it makes my bed even more welcoming at the end of a long day. I find the scent of this helps me unwind which is great, as I have difficulties in falling asleep.

There has to be a hand cream at hand, night time is the best time for skin to recover and receive maximum nourishment. Not only does this smell amazing but it leaves my hands feeling soft but not greasy - Essential!

I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m obsessed with lip balms, I’m one of those people who’s forever reapplying them. I love the Caudalie Lip Conditioner because it’s moisturising without a glossy finish and it's stick so I literally slap it on.

This is the ultimate pamper product for when my skin is majorly suffering, it's an instant pick me up. I prefer using this as an overnight mask, I apply a thin layer to the skin and let it work it’s magic as I sleep. I wake up and my skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated. Whether it's after a long flight or a late night, I can’t count the amount of times this product has been my skin saviour.

I’m sure you know by now that I don’t sleep very well at all. I even recently bought a new bed with a memory foam mattress in order to help me so products like this are necessary. I spray this on to my pillows and the aroma of lavender helps relax my mind and lures me into a sweet slumber.

I adore this oil and have been using it nighltly since the colder months kicked in. I love the feel of oils and this is one my skin just drinks up. I have quite dry skin, so this is ideal to restore hydration. If my skin is severely dry I use this under a rich night cream.

Blistex | Daily Lip Conditioner Aloe Vera
Oops another lip blam snuck it’s way to my bedside. This one by Blistex is another firm favourite it tingles slightly but works really well at keeping my lips soft.

Another amazing product for all you sleep sufferers like me. I usually apply this balm on to the pressure points of my wrists and a little behind my ears. I love the way that it calms me, together with the pillow spray these products help send me to sleep.

Shiffa Dubai | Soothing Body Oil
I feel like an old woman writing this but there are times when my body, especially my neck and shoulders feel so stiff. It’s a combination of tension, bad sleep and thinking I'm Mr.Muscle at the gym. I sometimes apply a little bit of this body oil to the problem areas and I instantly feel looser, it softens the skin and eases my body.

La Durée | Délice Candle
This candle burns beautifully by my bedside, it’s not too overpowering which is lovely. In close proximity I can’t handle strong candle like my favourite Diptyque ones. Délice is perfect, It leaves a subtle, pleasant scent throughout my whole room.

Bedside Books
Sophia Amoruso | Girl Boss

The Globe lamp was a Christmas gift from my brother! (thanks kid)

Hope you’ve enjoyed a little peak into my Bedside Beauty, what do you guys keep close? Maybe a Bathroom edition next?

Lots of Love

  1. Ahh, really want to try that Sisley mask. I've been using the Origins Drink Up mask overnight which works wonders.
