A girl's guide to cleansing!

Last night when I was cleansing my face at ridiculous o'clock it dawned on me that I have a selection of cleansers I use depending on the situation - So I've compiled a list of my current cleansers!

The Exfoliating Cleanse
Eve Lom Cleanser
You know when you look back at pictures and think 'Damn my skin looked good then' yeh that. I realised in 'those' days I was a true Eve Lom fan. I stuck to it and used it religiously daily, so I thought I would give it another go. Three weeks in and I'm loving it again, it's lightly grainy so not only does it cleanse away the day but it's great for exfoliating and removing dead skin. I go to bed feeling that my face is fully and thoroughly cleansed.

The Lazy Girl Cleanse
Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil
Shu Uemura's cleansing oil has been another product that has been in and out of my cleansing routine for years. It's super quick and by far one of the easiest options when it comes to cleansing. I apply this dry, to a full face of make up and proceed to massage it in. I usually then jump in the shower or wash it off et voila! I always opt for the 'green' one as it's suitable for all skin types and rich of anti-oxidants.

The Morning Cleanse
NUDE Perfect Cleasnse Omega Jelly
When it comes to cleansing in the morning, I'm more about freshening up my face and getting ready for whatever the day has in store. Lately I've been loving using the NUDE Omega Jelly Cleanser, the consistency is a mix between a balm and a gel. I find that it's soothing on the skin and really awakens my face first thing in the morning. It's packed with omegas which are beneficial to the skin, I feel this really prepares my face for the make up that follows.

The Luxury Cleanse
By Terry -  Cellularose Nutri-Pure
This is a new product from By Terry that has made it onto my bathroom shelf, it's of course the latest rose balm cleanser. This is one of those products I save for when it's time for a pamper, it's so incredibly beautiful on the skin, I adore the rich texture and the rose scent is to die for. I do find myself saving this for the weekends when I can really take time in my cleansing regime.

The Travel Cleanse
The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter
I always find it harder to look after my skin when I'm away and on the go. The temptation to use a face wipe is always so strong, but for the last few years I've travelled with The Body Shop Camomile Balm. The packaging makes it easy and compact to use and it's still effective at cleansing the skin. The texture is buttery, dreamy and it breaks down any makeup or dirt on the skin.

The Naughty Cleanse
Ole Henriksen Nurture Me Cleansing Cloths
Now I contemplated whether or not to include these in my cleansing guide but I've already confessed my love for them HERE.. so I thought why not! Let's face it using a face wipe is always the easiest option for removing make up on those ridiculously late nights (or extremely early mornings, as I like to call them). Although I would not recommend cleansing daily with them, it still beats falling asleep with your make up on. The Ole Henriksen Nurture Me Cleansing Cloths are much better for your skin than generic face wipes, they are packed with lots of great ingredients which not only remove make up but also reduce the build up of dirt on the skin.

There you have it my current cleanser guide.. Something for everyone!
