Nude Nails for Spring

bm

I'm obsessing over nude nails for Spring. If I'm honest, despite an incredibly overwhelming nail polish collection I've been rather uninspired when it comes to painting my nails. A couple of weeks ago I was having a mooch around Superdrug and picked up two nude shades by Barry M.

I love mixing different finishes and using shades of colours to create an ombré effect of tone and texture. I adore the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine nail polishes, the consistency is fab and the finish is perfect - it's almost shellac like. Lychee is that opaque, creamy nude colour and I love how sophisticated this looks on.

I contrasted this with Barry M Matte in Vanilla, the matte finishes are a relatively new edition to the Barry M nail polish line and I must say this colour I LOVE. It's almost a lilac toned nude when applied to my nails.

I adore how these nail polishes look alternated and thats how I decided to wear them. I really enjoy the simplicity of nude nails, they're clean, classy and effortlessly chic. I forget how great Barry M nail polishes are - they are so easy to work with and really chip resistant.

What have you been loving on your nails?
