When it comes to make up it's as if I'm forever adding to my collection and as a result I forget to utilise what I have. #FridaysFaceOff is something new I'm trying where I break down the products I'm wearing in an attempt to rediscover old favourites, highlight new ones and reinforce my love for the everyday essentials.

To kick things off on my first #FridayFaceOff I wore my current go to base/primer Shu Uemura Stage Performer Instant Glow Skin Perfecting Cream, that has to be the longest name for a product EVER. No stranger to my blog or Youtube Channel, I apply this prior to foundation. I adore the comforting texture against my skin and thanks to crushed pearls it leaves my skin looking dewy and radiant. I'm still loving my Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, it's lightweight with a buildable coverage, I then touch up any imperfections on my skin with the Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer which is another GO-TO product. The coverage is full on but it blends in SO seamlessly to my foundation. I set my face using my favourite finishing powder - MAC's Prep and Prime Transparent Powder, the fine blend of this powder sits so nicely on the skin and holds your make up put all day. For a sweep of colour on my cheeks I used NARS 'Torrid' blusher, which has been a firm favourite for years, I prefer the colour against my complexion to the cult classic 'Orgasm'; it's warmer and has a gorgeous soft golden shimmer. No day is complete with out Kevyn Aucoin's Cellestial Powder in 'Candlelight' this instantly wakes my skin up without appearing too obvious on the skin. Today's eyes was a rediscovery of the NARS e/s duo in 'Rajasthan' by far in my opinion the best limited edition duo NARS ever released. The gold in this duo is quite earthy and looks beautiful once applied. the emerald green is rich, intense and complements the gold perfectly. Instead of distracting from the blend of colours I opted for no eye liner instead I used a MAC 214  short shader brush to apply the green shadow to my lash line. I generously coated my lashes in Laura Mercier's Faux Lash Mascara, which need I say is AMAZING - Lengthening, Curling, Volumising - The lot! To finish the look I applied a quick sweep of By Terry's Terrybly Lipstick in 103 'Plumping Nude', these are hydrating, creamy and well pigmented.

What are three of your current favourites? 1 New Product? 1 Old? 1 Staple? I'm interested to hear.

It's FRIDAY! Have a fabulous weekend you lovely lot.

Lots of Love
