Hey lovelies.. I like to do these catch up posts on a Sunday as I feel I have lots to share. Hope you have all had a good weekend and have a great week this week. I have a FOTD for you all with some product chit chat. A lot of what I was wearing today are new products that I have been using and loving. Before I start with the make up chat thought I'd also let you know I toned down my Ombre hair, It was getting way too brassy looking for my liking. I was tempted to go back to black but I decided to tone it with a lighter brown I much prefer the look of it, It's a semi-permanent so it won't last long but I prefer it. Anyways back to the make up!
Liz Earle Make Up
Did you guys hear that Liz Earle has started a new make up line, I was lucky to be sent a few bits to try and so far I am really liking them. Today I used the blush in 'Peony' which is such a nice rosy cheek colour. It looked a lot darker than the blushers I would usually choose but I really like it on. I have to admit the blusher brush is also lovely, super soft with a slight angle to it which makes applying blusher a dream.

Max Factor 2000 Calorie Curve
I am ALWAYS up for trying a new mascara so the other day when I was in Boots I was having a little browse and I came across Max Factor's 2000 Calorie Curve. I have to say I used the original 2000 calorie mascara and I wasn't wow'd by it. The mascara I have been using more recently is a lengthening and very good for separating, however one thing I have been missing is really volumising my lashes and enhancing the curve in them. I always curl my eyelashes before applying mascara but mascaras with brushes like this really emphasise the natural curve and I find these mascaras tend to be great for volumising. I am really enjoying using this at the moment I like to use the side of the brush as opposed to the curve and it really does work!

Pixi Glow - Fairy Dust 'Moonlight Luster'
Another product I have been loving is this fairy dust by Pixi Glow, I got this at the launch event last month. This loose pigment it is the ultimate inner corner highlighter, it's just gorgeous. I apply this into the inner corner of my eyes and then blend it in to the rest of my eye make up. It really brightens up my eyes, it's subtle and I think it's perfect!
Barry M Lipgloss - 2
I don't like to think of myself as a make up snob although I am fully aware that the majority of the make up I use and buy is high end. So it excites me when I go in to drugstores and find products that I end up falling in love with. That has definitely been the case with my new favourite lipgloss by Barry M. WOW how did I not know about these? I picked this up two weeks ago and I have worn it everyday since. I love everything about it. I opted for the typical nude/brown shade.. I mean come on how can a girl go wrong with that? It has a gorgeous shimmer to it and I've been wearing this over one of my favourite lip liners by NARS '(Rosebud').

I'm not really a glossy kind of girl but this makes me want to move over the mattes and get in to the gloss. The texture is beautiful, it glides on to the lips so effortlessly and doesn't feel sticky at all. I was actually surprised with how long this remained on my lips. Did I mention the best thing? These smell divine like vanilla and coconut and all things amazing - I just want to keep on applying it! These smell just like the Laura Mercier lip glosses.
