This weeks country for my 'Inter-NAIL-tional' feature is 'Hong Kong'. I love the colour it's a gorgeous neon orange with a hint of peach to it. This nail polish is a pearl finish and I don't usually like pearl nail polishes however I think it works quite well with the colour. I love how colours like this get you in the mood for Summer and in a way I think the pearl finish makes this colour look a little more neon.
I went to Hong Kong in the Summer after I finished at college one of my best friends at the time was there for the whole Summer so I flew out to spend some time with her. It was such an amazing trip, I love experiencing different cultures and HK was definitely a great opportunity to emerge myself in the Chinese culture.
I loved everything from the hustle and bustle of the streets to the incredible views from up in the mountains. I am so fortunate that I was able to experience such a beautiful country, I really want to go back and re explore it feels like it was too long ago.
The shopping was amazing I literally went Hello Kitty mad and don't get me started on the food it was all about Mango Sago! Yum..
Mong Kok, TST Pier and The Peak are definite must sees!
Lots of Love
