I recently blogged about the new Illamasuqua 'Naked Strangers' collection. I have been loving the blusher if you haven't seen my initial post you can check that out HERE. I also received the nail polish in 'Monogamous' which is a gorgeous milky nude colour with a subtle peach tone to it. I knew this would be a winner with me and of course I wasn't left disappointed. I love how true to life Illamsasqua nail polishes are. The colour in the bottle - Is the colour you get!
It's such a perfect clean colour, I love keeping my nails low key at times and this is definitely the right colour do that with. The finish of this nail polish is matte with a slight rubbery feel to it, however I decided on a glossy finish and used Seche Vite top coat. I actually don't think I have colour like this in my collection I love how soft it is against my skin tone. My nails were a bit too long in these pictures I have since cut them all off (As you will see in my next nail post!)
Have any of you checked out the Illamsasqua collection, I think it has to be my favourite! What have you been wearing on your nails? By the way this weird looking thing on my fingers is a double ring from Topshop, it kind of reminds me of Coral Reef and the sea and holidays.. therefore it makes me happy!

This is the perfect nude colour with almost a touch of pink. I actually love the fact that it is matte but you can gloss it up with the Seche Vite. Best of both worlds hey!

This is lovely, I am always lusting after Illamasqua polishes but can't bring myself to shell out for them, especially as I get bored with whatever's on my nails after a couple of days! They are stunning though and this is a perfect go-with-everything shade, with just the right amount of peachy pink to keep it looking pretty rather than 'dead', as some nude tones do.
