Hello ladies and Happy Monday!? Hope you all had a great weekend.. sorry my posts have been a little slack lately I've just been so busy BUT by next week I should be back on track to more frequent posting.

So as it's Monday you know the drill I talk through the product I've most been loving this week, however today I sort of what to mention something different. If you follow me on Twitter or if you have read my previous post you will know that I began the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

I have to say it has been pretty tough but I am loving it which I NEVER expected I can never stick to work out videos! However in a weird way I am loving having a routine, a quick 20 minutes of exercise each day. It's a workout I love to HATE.. but I have to say I am feeling physically fitter and seeing small changes ALREADY. I'm not g oing to lie for the first few days I was in so much pain, little things like walking up the stairs and moving my arms hurt so much.. wow! I am now on my 6th day (Which I cannot believe!!) and I'm not feeling the pain as much. I am definetley going to try my hardest to stick this out for the next 20+ days. I am currently on level 1 of the workout from day 10 I will be moving up to the second level. I know a lot of Bloggers/YouTubers have done the 30 day shred and that was what pushed me to give it a go. I really recomend this DVD if you are looking for a quick workout, the moves are basic but the way in which it's put together is pretty intense. If I can do it, anyone can!?

I already feel better inside.. Here's to a good week! I know from my previous post where I mentioned it a few of my readers told me they were going to be following me on my quest to lose weight and feel great? How is it going for you dolls?!

  2. I have the dvd. But I'm so lazy and I have so many assignments and exams that I barely have time to sleep anymore. You're really motivating me to start it again! It honestly is a fantastic work out for only twenty minutes. If you want to loose a ton of weight, which you abosolutely don't need to. But you want to challenge yourself LIKE CRAZY, try P90x. THE hardest workout ever...

  3. I have been doing this workout too, I had to miss a couple of days at the start as I was so sore lol.. I've done it about 7 times now and really love it. I think Jillian is really motivating, and the fact that it's only 20 mins is good too :)
